Exchange Bachelor:

CV 

It should contain the following information: contact details (phone, email, home address) and educational background (for ex: studies, highschool, other courses).

Passport

Only a scanned copy of the main page of your passport (the page with your photo). If you do not have a passport, then upload a scanned copy of your national identity card or equivalent document in your country. Keep in mind that in case you are granted an Erasmus Mundus SILKROUTE scholarship, you will have to obtain a passport as a travel document and as proof of your nationality.

Proposal for a study plan

A template which contains a list of courses you wish to study at UAIC; you should fill it in only after having checked UAIC webpage. 

Transcript of records + translation into English

It shows that you have completed at least one year of bachelor studies, also specifying the grades obtained at the home university. 

Official language certificate / Self assessment form 

Depending on the requirements of UAIC (see Language Requirements), you should upload either an official language certificate, issued by an official language school/ university/ authorized institution, or a Self-Assessment Form, for courses in tutorage.

Proof of registration in a Bachelor programme at the home university + translation into English 

Issued by your home university, specifying the level and year of study in the academic year 2013-2014.

Document indicating that you belong to a disadvantaged group 

It should be issued by a public or private institution (such as universities, public authorities, NGOs, etc) and certify the fact that you are disadvantaged, for instance, from a social/ economical/ medical point of view.

Issued by the home university, specifying the grades obtained during your Bachelor studies.

Proof of registration in a Master programme at the home university + translation into English 

Issued by your home university, specifying the level and year of study in the academic year 2013-2014.

Applicable to master students who have already taken exams during their master studies.
